I am still playing with my new camera. I love it. It is our Christmas present to each other. I must. must, must take the children's picture tonight for the Christmas cards.
I made the no flour peanut butter cookies today. I just had a craving. They are so easy. One cup of peanut butter, one cup of sugar, and one egg. Mix it up, roll them into balls, and then flatten them out with a fork. Bake for about 8-10 minutes at 375 degrees. They are great with a cold cup of milk. That is why I am gaining weight instead of losing it.
